So, The Big Unit is losing his shit. Oh, waah. And that robot Matsui broke his wrist. Oh the tragedy of it all! The poor bastards!! What rotten luck!
All the money in the world can't buy away injuries and aging, just goes to show ya.
There is a God, and he roots for The Red Sox, just like everyone else who isn't from NYC.
(If you go to Syracuse, they root for the Mets. They're sick of the Axis of Pinstripes too.)

I fucking hate the Yankees. I swear it's encoded into your DNA when you're born in Boston. I tell people here when I see them with Yankees gear on that it has to go as it's against the laws of nature. I may be perpetually disappointed by the Red Sox and have little faith in them, but the Yankees can just kiss my ass.
But that picture of Matsui breaking his wrist - great shot - looks painful. Sucker!
I'm almost embarressed to say I never knew one thing about the Sox/Yanks rivalry growing up. That's because I hated anything to do with jocks. Silly nerd me. I still don't care about baseball, but I got hooked on the amazing games all the way through in 2004, and I'm still watching. But only when the games are hot or it's the Yanks.
